Feeling unattractive at 34 weeks pregnant

So lately I've been feeling really unattractive and just not sexy! My boyfriend and I haven't had sex since i was almost 4 months. He says it's because he feels uncomfortable about sex with his son inside me, I completely understand because alot of men feel that way when their significant other is pregnant. So sex isn't the issue, it's just that i feel as though I don't look sexy anymore to him either, I feel like when we are out other non-pregnant women are catching his eye. I feel fat, and just downright ugly recently and I don't know what to do. I try to do things to make myself feel sexier, but it's not working. Any advice ladies?
