Yes, I reported it and I was told I couldn't take a joke (store manager) and that I shouldn't have been leading him on (Union and HR). I was 19, he was old enough to be my father (40-60's). This was after repeated times telling him to stop.

I ended up quiting and taking it to court, since the union and HR did nothing about it and I felt very unsafe.

I won because the security feed (with audio was uploaded to an off site server.

Yes. I was working in a nightclub when a bouncer thought he could trap me in a corner and try it on with me. Wouldn't let me go. So I made sure I moved as much as I could to get in the line of the cctv camera. Finally the manager came over and fired his arse on the spot. It shook me up big style.

I had a dirty old boss who made comments like 'you should get on your knees under the desk' or in meetings if a female colleague made suggestions or contributed to discussions his response was 'don't you have a letter to type' or tell her to go make the tea. He'd stand in doorways when you needed to get past to rub against you. He was a vile pig. Ugh, I'm grossed out just thinking about it!
