Maybe labour

Does anyone experience like they have a uti before their water breaks. Plus I've had cramps all week but today it's gotten worse and experiencing a lot of pressure down there. Could this be the start of something. I'm 34 weeks and 1 day. I'm a FTM and very nervous right now. He hasn't been very active today as well. Am I over reacting. Advice please
