Nipple piercings and breast feeding?

Has anyone had any trouble with it? Obviously take them out so they don't come unscrewed and the baby chokes on it. 
But I just want to know everyone's personal experience. Did you put them back in after every feeding or what did you do?

That wasn't really my question. I'm going to take them out if my boobs get too big. It would be silly not to. But my question was for people who have breast fed with the piercings

My friend had to have hers professionally removed.

I don't have mine done but my friend did and her boobs grew so much so quickly during pregnancy she had to get them removed with pliers! So by the time the baby was born hers had healed. So at least be aware that could happen! Maybe get a longer bar to accommodate that and the growth when your milk comes in if you want to be sure to keep them.
