Can appetite/symptoms change in pregnancy

So last month i was always hungry. I would eat like crazy now this month my appetite has changed. I'm not hungry as before. I only eat cause i have to. And im not urinating frequently as i used to. Also i just feel nauseous but im no longer throwing up well i just did yesterday but not every day as i used to. Just my energy has changed. I don't feel like doing nothing.

I don't have my next appointment until next month.

Im 3 months. First pregnancy.
