Hey everyone,
So I am a mother of 3 and we are wanting trying for a 4th but before that happens I would like to lose a bunch of weight as I'm very heavy.
When I was in my teens and early 20's I weighed 115 but my marriage took a turn and he became abusive and controlling which in turn made me depressed and I wasn't allowed to do the same things I always did to maintain my healthy weight. Now when it ended 5 years ago I was broken and hated how I looked and who I became. And 4 years ago I met me fiance and he totally changed me and he loves me for me even all 320 pounds of me, yet I can't stand to look at myself. He has been so encouraging and helpful with allowing me to work on me and never puts me down but I'm struggling with losing the weight. I'm wondering if any other woman out there have had success or are going threw this same stuff, I just need the female point of view and support and to be able to talk to someone who understands. Now I am active I walk 8 hours a day for work as I do door to door but it's not fast pace walking and I'm looking for advice for the gym and so on. If anyone can help me please comment and let me know your stories or advice you may have.
