****TMI**** Shedding huge blood clots

I'm sorry But I didnt know where else to put this. Yesterday I experienced extreme pain that came and went away about every five minutes. I drank some pain killers and used a warm compress that helped me sleep through the night. Today the pain continued and when I got home I passed this. I still have a little pain but it is much more tolerable. But I'm unsure what to do. (i took it out with gloves because I was honestly was afraid of what came out of me)
