Birth Center or Hospital?

I had my daughter naturally and this pregnancy is without complications as well I feel I'm a good candidate for our local Birth Center. They accept my insurance but upon investigation I will have to pay $2,000 out of pocket. The hospital will be 100% covered by my insurance. 
I really would like to have the out of hospital experience but money is tight for us. I'm also staying at home w baby for a year before returning to work. 
Birth center pros:
Amazing, caring nurses and midwives
5 star ratings by all who have reviewed it
Very personal care
Included acupuncture and massage
Amazing jetted tub for laboring
Cons: 
can only stay 4 hours postpartum
$2,000 surcharge 
Must transfer to hospital of unforeseen complications occur
Hospital: Pros:
Small tub for laboring
100% covered by insurance, no bills
I can stay for up to 3 days covered by my insurance 
They will provide meals for us and extras like peri spray and diapers
Cons:
I will have any one of 12 doctors delivering me so not as personal. 
Nurse last time was unkind.

Please comment your opinion on what I should do. I literally have no idea.

I was able to find a midwifery birth center in one of the hospitals in my area. I knew I wouldn't be able to afford giving birth anywhere except a hospital as my insurance will pay 100% of my hospital bills so it was a huuuuuge relief when I found the center. If you choose to give birth in the hospital, look for one with nurse-midwives or a birthing center located inside. Hiring a doula might also be beneficial to you, as you are more likely to succeed in having an unmedicated delivery with one. I hope everything works out!

I had this baby at a hospital because it was free at the hospital and 8000 dollars at the birth center. But I got to choose the best hospital in town (we have tons of options). If the birth center had only been 2000 dollars or the hospital had been less awesome (I asked the midwives to leave me alone so they did. No IV, whatever food I wanted, I walked and squatted, only got the check in cervical check...), I'd have gone with the birth center.

I decided to go with a midwife insurance covers 80% of all services and birth. Out of pocket I will be paying $1,760. I personally think it's worth every penny. I have to pay I full by my 32nd weeks (currently 31w,1d). I think you should ask the birth center if they offer a payment plan.

If I were in that situation I would honestly just go to hospital just because I like to cut as much unnecessary cost as I can before baby arrives.

And IF there are complications I'm gonna have to go to the hospital anyways so pretty much wasted $2000.

I think 24 hours. And 72 hours after birth they come to check on the baby.

You can probably choose a midwife to go to the hospital with you

Birth centers are NOT equipped for emergencies. SO MANY THINGS can go wrong with you and the baby. Being CLOSE to the hospital is not good enough... every second counts. There's a reason why hospitals are covered by insurance.
