Confused!!!

Ok ladies I've been Ttc for awhile now and Monday I got my first pos ovulation test... Well my husband and I did the deed sun before that Monday and Tuesday. Previously I had my period March 29-april 1 and we had sex the 1-3. Ever since about Tuesday I've been cramping, mild backaches metallic iron tastes in my mouth off and on and every now and then a pulling/ pinching sensation behind my belly button. My cycle tends to be  on the longer side 30-31 days or so. So I know I shouldn't be starting for another two weeks... Idk what's going on with my body I don't want to read to much into things so I don't get destroyed when the pregnancy test turns beg any suggestions???
