My skin tore! :O

So I have this terrible huge, thick, deep stretch mark on the inside of my hip from my first pregnancy. I took a shower and was drying off and the skin tore! Like as easily as tissue paper. I'm only 16 weeks pregnant and my skin is tearing!!!!
