HPV itching

I recently found out I am HPV positive. I have been experiencing this deep itching/burning sensation in my vagina and it only goes away with hot water. However, I am a working woman and I can't soak in the bath tub all day - Does anyone know another solution to ease the itch? I've searched the web and nothing!
