why do I have discharge that's kinda like toothpaste & my vagina also is really itchy and I feel like I have to go pee but when I'm on the toilet nothing comes out and when I pee it kinda burns like if I had a cut on my labia.. Why?

It sounds like a UTI. Try drinking a lot of water or with you have cranberry juice at your house then that works really well for UTI's. Dilute the cranberry juice with water. Tell your parents, they'll know what to do.

There are multiple possible causes for this. Your best option is to contact your local health department and visit their STI clinic. Should be low cost and be able to give you the treatment you need. Most likely will just get an antibiotic shot and a round of antibiotics.
