Hypertension and ttc/pregnancy

I have high blood pressure and im ttc im wondering if i was to get pregnant would i have a healthy pregnancy right now im not taking my medication for it because it has a warning lable on the back stating not to take it if you are pregnant and im still on my tww i have 5 more days left before i can take a pregnancy test but i was just wondering what could i do to naturally to lower it i tried changing my diet its really hard i lost 30 pounds and still nothing only the medication brought it down
