High heart rate?!?!

I am currently 5W3D I check my heart rate regularly as I jog with my sister. However I have stopped this past week after noticing my heart rate is between 90-102 BPM. (Note: this is at a resting rate, i just woke up from a 45 minute nap with a BPM of 102),Why is it so high?? Is this normal?

When pregnant you have more blood flowing in your body so your heart rate increase, blood pressure lowers. Totally normal.

How long did you take your heartrate for? I had a similar issue (not during pregnancy tho) - and my Dr said take your pulse for 2 mins and see the average, and mine was muuuch lower than I thought. It was maybe 90something for 30 seconds at a time and would calm down. I think I was having panic attacks because I was having surgery that week, so if youre very nervous about anything that could be adding to already increased blood flow during pregnancy maybe? Def ask your Dr if its fast enough for you to notice and be concerned!

Could be a thyroid problem. My heart rate not to long ago was 160 resting. Turned out I have hyperthyroidism. I'm 32 weeks and occasionally have a heart rate of 110-120. It's not a bad thing, but not good either.
