Please give help/advice

I am 13 days late on my period today. I have took 8 pregnancy tests & they have all came up negative. I go to the dr for a blood test tomorrow. Is it possible that I am pregnant and my urine tests are not picking anything up? I have also had some symptoms, nausea, morning sickness, sore breasts, bloating, and mild cramps. I don't know what to think if my blood test also comes back negative. I have been ttc for 3 months now & my husband is really excited about becoming a daddy. I don't want to get my hopes up to be let down again. Has anyone else had this happen to them? Negative tests but really are Preggo? Or something of the sort
