Second C-Section Help!
I have a 10 month old daughter that I had to get a c-section with last June. I recall having a terrible time holding her at 8 pounds 9 ounces for weeks.
I now will have to get another c-section this September for the birth of my son. My daughter weighs almost 25 pounds now, really tall, and growing fast!
I am so worried about how to care for my daughter once my son is born. My husband can only stay home for two weeks and it will be all me afterwards.
I still rock her to sleep for naps and we bedshare. I constantly pick her up and down all day. My doctor advised me to start teaching her new things to help when I'm in recovery but what ? She will be learning to walk, switch from bottle to sippy, formula to milk, etc in the next four months before little brother comes. She is too young to know what new baby means or mama is sore. I am at a loss, and feel overwhelmed.
Any advice?
