Weight loss

I need to lose some weight by January of next year. I currently weigh 210. Id like to weigh 150 by then. Is there any ladies here with any tips to lose weight? I've already lost 5 pounds by going the gym and cutting back on foods and drinks. Anything I can do to help lose more? I don't want to take pills or weightloss supplements... I kinda just need like motivation.
