Has anyone....

Has anyone still gotten pregnant even after taking a Plan B pill?? I took one about two weeks ago, and a week later my period came but my breast have been super sore since I got off my period I can barley wear a bra without them hurting. I am not sure if that is normal?? I've taken a few Plan B pills in the past and I have never experience breast tenderness like this before.
