Ecp&condom queries

So a week and 2 days ago (last Saturday) I took the ecp due to the condom breaking. On Sunday morning (2 days ago) we had sex again this time we finished and the condom stayed inside of me and it took me a moment to realise by which point cum had already dripped out... Is there any chance of this getting me pregnant??

Also I've been having really similar side effects as when I got pregnant Last time eg. Cramping, cramping in my hips when walking, nausea, lethargic and tired, moody&emotional.. I got tested yesterday at drs for pregnancy but of course it'll be too early to pick up.. How concerned should I be?
