Are these razor bumps?

I get these every time after I shave, but I almost feel like it's a break out rather than razor bumps. Is there any way I can get rid of them quickly?? I used a special shave cream and everything but I still got them. I'll probably be losing my virginity in two days or so and I want these gone!! :(

Razor burn and ingrown hairs 
Don't shave more than once every 4 days, shave down in the same direction hair grows, to help with irritation use witch hazel, it sounds like voodoo but it's a real product that works great for irritated skin, make sure it's alcohol free.

Make sure he goes slow and doesn't pound you like a jack rabbit :)

Yes, that is definitely razor burn or some people call it heat rash also. It's just irritation from shaving and heat/sweat

Looks like it. Try to leave it alone and put coconut or vitamin e on it.

I get that too when I shave. I put eucerin lotion on it, and it cleared up in a couple of days.

deodorant helps a lot! sounds weird but it helps!
