Am I pregnant?

I took 5 pregnancy tests over 5 days and they all had really faint lines on them. 2 were clear blue and 3 were early response and they both had lines and I got my boyfriend and friend to check them and they could see the lines could this mean I'm pregnant? I've booked an appointment with midwife so they can confirm it but I'm so impatient 🙈 anyone?
