Why I feel like am having more than one baby?!?!

This is my third pregnancy and since the beginning I had some complications which I never did with my other two pregnancies. I have made it to 28weeks so far and an ultrasound says am having a baby boy. Well I keep feeling movements in all directions in my belly, I will be laying down in one side and feel the baby in the other side.I have been showing since I was sround 10 weeks pregnant. I keep having dreams that am pregnant with 2 babies! And everyone that sees my belly, their first reaction is "are you having twins?". So I searched if it was possible to overlook twins and the chances are not that high. Well a friend of our family was due on May 20th, she had her baby girl on April 11th and to her surprise (to everyone surprise) she had 2 baby girls. Two baby girls that no one told her she was having cause they only saw 1 baby! She told me she felt super big and she did had some complications (bleeding and was put to bed rest). I don't know why I feel like am having 2 babies. I mean the ultrasound tech told me there's only one baby in there ( 2times already), but this feeling won't go away. I feel so confused and my husband is upset cause he says what's the big deal with me thinking am pregnant with twins! I really don't know where this came from, I just feel so different from my other pregnancies😞😣
