MIL dreamed about my pregnancy

Told my mother-in-law about our baby, I'm 6w! And she has dreams of all of her grandchildren. She dreams she's wearing a dress if it's a girl and not sure what it is if it's a boy. But out of 12 grandchildren this is her first dream ever about shoes! A bunch of shoes! But grey and black, no specific color. My sister-in-laws are twins I asked if it could be twins since no other kid has twins? She's not sure how to read it! Crazy! Has anyone else had a family member dream you're pregnant?!
