Insertion tips, pain.
Okay so my boyfriend and I have been having issues, I've posted about this before but a long story short is anytime he even tries to put a finger in me it's extremely painful. I'm working on finding an obgyn right now so we can get this resolved because I do have a physical disability and suspect that may be part of the problem. However, I've also had issues with tampons before & I haven't tried in a few years. I bought a new vibrater & some lube and I want to try insertion myself to see if it will help. The problem is, I feel like I don't know what I'm doing coupled with the fact I now fear pain. Help? Tips? Advice?
