Moral dilemma?

This is not related to having a baby but I'm struggling with the decisions the CEO has made for the company I work for. I feel stuck because it's great experience for me and I have only been there 6 months.  Being in management is new to me as I never had access to the executive decisions before so I'm not sure if I need to suck it up and accept this type of stuff as normal? Any advice is appreciated!
