STD Question

I just found out that my husband is having an affair and has continued to have sex with me. He had sex with the woman, then came home and had sex with me on Tuesday of last week. How soon would an STD show up if I were swabbed for them tomorrow? If I have STD's I have to have a c-section, right? Any help is very much appreciated.
