Head down?

Question

How can you tell if baby is head down? Sometimes I can really tell because my lower belly feels heavy and I have slight pelvic pressure + more room by my ribs. Other times I just feel like the whole baby is sitting right under my left rib and side.

I wouldn't have a clue if it wasn't for my doctor checking my cervix. I guess my little ones head is down, like really down low and has been down for about 2 weeks now. She told me that it's going to be an easy labor for me. I'm not even sure if you can tell which way your baby is without a doctor telling you.

I personally can't tell myself. Only after doc  felt my pelvis area he confirmed that she is head down, and it suddenly made sense why all the action was in my ribs lol

I can tell by the hiccups. They are really low when they used to be at my belly button or above.

i feel that rib pain sometimes sitting down or laying on my side.  might be her leg or legs but my baby is head down according to my doctor.

Most likely head down if you get more kicks up toward your ribs

Just remember they can be head down one day and change the next. It's common for baby to engage in the head down position anywhere between 34-36 weeks. So anything before that they can move again! ☺️

It feels like her head is grinding down on me. Her hiccups are low too. 😑

I've been feeling him kick in my pelvis and that's what kinda made me think he's head down because I haven't felt that before. I don't feel much different. But I had an ultrasound today and he's head down and I've been feeling him kick in my pelvis area so that's how I know he's head down. He's been like this for awhile!

My baby is breech and I can feel baby's head right under my ribs and he is constantly smashed into my ribs. So uncomfortable ha but my doctor felt and confirmed he's still breech last week. Confusing cause I feel most of the movement right under my ribs so I thought maybe he'd turned.
