Spotting after sex?

I'm 4 weeks 4 days pregnant.

Me and my husband had sex and I went to the bathroom after and wiped and there was 2 drops of blood on the toilet paper. Has anyone else had this and been okay? I'm terrified. This is my first pregnancy

I had that as well during the first trimester, mainly from one certain position (from behind). Dr said it was totally normal as long as no extreme cramping (I did have mild cramping) and not a ton of blood. I no longer have the spotting but the cramping is sill there.

Totally normal. My whole first pregnancy was like that. And this pregnancy I spotted after sex in the first trimester too. As long as you aren't filling a panty liner with blood and you aren't having crazy cramps it's all normal
