Ultra sound questions!

Hi! So I believe I was about 5 weeks 5 days when I had this ultra sound done. Does anyone know what the 2 mm means? I think measurements of fetal pole but I'm not sure. Dr said everything looked perfect and doesn't want to see me again in 2 weeks I'm just wondering (& extra paranoid from previous 2 miscarriages). Thanks!
