Period due in 3 days just went to the bathroom and had light pink spotting now it's gone but then I started having pretty bad lower back pain followed by cramps the cramps are not to bad just really uncomfortable. Help me 😖😭

My lower back sometimes hurts before or during my period too. Try putting a heating pad on it same for the cramps.
