Is Emergen-c safe during pregnancy?

Hi ladies! Does anyone know if it's safe to take emergen-c during pregnancy? I have been feeling pretty bad and it's really affected my sleep. Just wondering if this might be a good option since it seems to be a vitamin c supplement.

Emergen-C has zinc & nothing with zinc should be taken during pregnancy. You can take Tylenol, tylenol cold, vitamin C on it's own, benedryl or theraflu.
