8 weeks pp tear

I'm 8 weeks pp and when I gave birth I tore just a little. Now I was thinking all was good. Well tonight when my husband and I was going to have a little us time. He looked down and saw that it looks like a little of my meat is showing between my vagina and butt. I did have a little burning when I shower but I just came to the conclusion that it was the new soap. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm so scared. I wish I could go to the hospital right now.
