Does anyone know how much caffeine is in one of these 7 ounce K Cups? It doesn't say it anywhere on the box (I looked for like 10 minutes) and it doesn't say on the K Cup either. Oh, and Google isn't helping either. 🙄

If it helps, I've been drinking them my entire pregnancy and never had any issues. I don't think it has anymore caffeine than a regular coffee

Breakfast blend is a lighter roast so it will have more caffeine than a dark roast, but I'd say right around 200. You'll be okay mama :)

I think that should be fine idk how much is in their but that's a cup of coffee so the same amount just stick to one a day you should be fine

I would expect it has roughly 200 mg as do most cups of coffee. You'll be fine to drink it.

I had mc'd but when I was pregnant I would have a regular caffeinated k cup, then if I still wanted more I'd switch to de-caf. Worked great for me and tasted great! I really couldn't tell it wasn't caffeinated especially if I drank it soon after.
