Dental question

What kind of dental work can i have done while pregnant? I have a molar that needs pulled, it lost a filing and has been KILLING my mouth. Can i have a tooth pulled? Are the medications safe while pregnant? I see my dentist before my OB next week and i just wanted to know if im waisting my time going in and im going to be told they cant help me while pregnant!
