Cold/sinus infection help/ advice

So I am 7 weeks pregnant today and I feel horrible. I have been battling a cold for over a week and it does not seem to be getting any better. I called and talked to a nurse at my doctors office last week and she told me what I could take. But I don't feel like I'm getting any better and my mucus is now greenish (tmi) now I don't know who to call to get it checked out my obgyn or fp! I have yet to have my first prenatal appt. so who do I talk to now? Help please!!
