Feeling "wet" down there??

So weird question but I'm newly pregnant and I feel super wet down there..has anyone else had this? I keep going to the bathroom wondering if I'm bleeding or something but it's just clear! Kinda freaking me out lol

It just gets worse.... unfirtunatly to the point you have to wear liners as long as it doesnt itch... its gonna feel like you peed a little....

I'm basically soaked at all times lol do t remember that with my first child but I'm 7 weeks 3days.. And it hasn't let up! Lol
