Worried at work

The last few weeks I have been debating on coming out about my relationship to my coworkers but haven't done it yet. My wife doesn't care but I feel weird every time they ask about what me and my "husband" did over the weekend. I just say well we a lot. I work at a school and my co workers are always talking about church. And I know it is a non accepting church. What should I do? I'm just worried that if I come out they will try to move me to a different school or find a way to get rid of me. Any advice?
