Sometimes when I'm BD with my boyfriend it gets to the point were it hurts it feels sooo tight and gets very uncomfortable always is more in the top area of the V but inside what can this be?

It could be from too much friction in the same area have you tried a different position that happens too me if we do the same thing all the time and are having sex frequently
