How can you regulate your periods?(

I been having irregular periods since 2011 after I had my son been trying to do everything to reggulate it so I can determine my ovulation date and have another baby with my room to be husband since we want to start a family. Do any of you have suggestion on how I could regulate it?? Thanks you and baby dust to all the struggling mom to be (:

I had irregular cycle so I started taking red raspberry leaf capsule 2 a day and my cycle went from 46 to 28 and had been pretty consistent ever since other then a day or two late

My doc at of Friday has put me on 3 months of birth control my periods are every 2wks for 9 days so I'm having about a 5 day break in between cycles. He also wants me to start vitex after the 3 months we will stop he will give me 3-6 months to conceive if not we will start clomid and go from there. Talk to your ob be open with them
