First Brazilian Wax Nightmare

Ok so I got a Brazilian wax for the first time ever on Saturday (23rd) well,  the next day it was so sore I couldn't really walk around that much. Last night I noticed there are white bumps allllllllllll over it, and patches of rough dry skin like healing scabs. I've washed it w mild soap and put coconut oil on all along, so it's not being ignored. I don't know why this happened. I'm disappointed and grossed out. I don't think I'll ever do it again. Did that ever happen to anyone else?
