help!!!

so i was at a game with my boyfriend and i was there for a little over an hour or so and then i saw my ex and his girlfriend. he was sitting rows away from me but i couldn't stop looking at him. i still like him and have feelings for him but we both are in relationships right now. idk what to do. my feelings for him aren't going away
