Sick on top of sick

I'm 10wks and have been so miserable from weeks of all day morning sickness, I didn't think I could feel worse. Now, I've started having some urine retention at night, and have also come down with a cold. I have a horrible sore throat and am congested. Tried gargling with salt water and it made me gag, then vomit. Has anyone else dealt with being sick in the 1st trimester and have any tips?
