Belly vibrating??

Is anybody else's belly vibrating like if the baby shivers or something?? I had this happen a few times but not as frequent as today. I haven't told my dr yet. This is a completely new symptom. I don't recall this with my first pregnancy.

For me it happens when baby is moving a lot. When I put my hand on belly it feels more like movements and less like vibrations.
