Pumping
Morning all! Just curious to see what everyone else does. I want to get a good supply of breast milk in the freezer for when I go back to work. When do you pump? I've found that in the middle of the night, when my 4 week old wakes up to feed is the best time. My boobs are about to burst! Also in the morning after he eats. Otherwise he keeps the ol girls pretty deflated throughout the day. How many ounces do you pump to store? I keep about 10-15 a day.. We've got a bit in the freezer now but I was just wanting to know what others did. Also, how many ounces do you freeze in a bag?
