Showing at 5 1/2 weeks!!

I am showing pretty heavily at 5 weeks. We just found out last week we are excpecting but our doctors appointment isnt until tomorrow and we do not plan to do ultrasounds (unless necessary). We are having a homebirth with our midwife in December on Christmas eve, our due date. This all sounds exciting to me but I cant get over the idea that maybe we are farther along than we thought?

Is this normal to show this early? Or should I bring this up at the appointment tomorrow as a concern?
