I'm going on 16 weeks and craving ramen noodles are they ok to eat ?

Yes they're safe... I crave it too.. Just make sure they won't add raw egg in it. It's preferable to have a full boiled egg instead of runny yolk... Treat yourself for a bowl! 👍🏼👍🏼

It's usually advised that pregnant women stay away from msg, which ramen typically has. That's the issue. But I craved Chinese food both pregnancies--like the other post, everything in moderation :) Enjoy!

Eating them every now and then shouldn't be harmful, but beware of heartburn! I never usually eat those now..used to all the time and got sick of them, but a while ago craved the creamy chicken one and gave in. Never again! Lol no amount of tums could've helped me that night.
