Moving woes

So I've been dating my boyfriend for nine months now and I'm the crazy one to be despite him supposed to be moving this entire time. When it's happening keeps changing as situations arise. Either way, I'm really bothered about the move, it's a couple provinces away, (Canada eh) and I feel very insecure about it. He knows all this, I'd love to have a form of security from him and he talks about how he wants to live together, have a family, love, how he feels I'm the one he wants and all these lovely other things. It's just.. When he moves I'm going to feel so alone.

Any thoughts/tips that might make a long distance thing earlier?

I'm 17, he's 20. He could stay if he wanted to.. Says he's going to move though, to get us ahead in life and current hope for them is they move this summer. (Will have been together a year) he believes in this but scared.
