What did you do to get pregnant in your first cycle??

I'm in my first cycle I want to know  what other women have done that got them pregnant in your first cycle. Thank you for you advice.

Honestly all I did was have alone time with my S/O. It did take us a few months of trying tho we tried not looking at it that way. I got this app two cycles ago just to track things better and to have people to talk to. Now I'm 6wks pregnant.

I had sex. I didn't worry about when or how much we needed to have to face sex. It did help that we were apart for 3 long weeks, so once we were reunited we were real excited...

Got some ovulation sticks so I knew when my egg was ready and then arranged sex with my hubby every time egg was ready. Then had sex that same day (if it was positive). Had to try a few times didn't just happen like that, on the 4th time we tried I check if egg was their and it was, had sex then didn't find out I was pregnant till December. Now nearly 22wks in 2days

I temped and use opks... My first took 9 months.. SecoNd took 1 cycle...  If.it doesnt hapoen the first cycle it doesnt mean anything is wrong though... Some healthy couples can take a year to concieve
