Do you think the baby is okay?

Dawn
Update: He's fine, his heartbeat was there and sounded perfect. I decided to go in after my best friend told me she thinks I lost him and made me start lowkey freaking out. 👌🏼
(Sorry it's so long..)
I know a lot of people post very unnecessary questions and you just sit there like "How could that even harm your baby? Yes, it's fine." I hope this isn't one of those questions.
I'm in high school and even though I'm 17 weeks pregnant I still participate in gym, show choir, and musical theater. (Musical theater and show choir both require dancing and a lot of moving around but my doctor assured me that it won't hurt the baby and it's great exercise. As for gym, my coach knows and makes me walk when I am not able to participate in a specific game.)
Yesterday I had woken up late and only had ten minutes to get ready before the bus pulled up. Those ten minutes only left me enough time to put clothes on grab my books, put them in my bag, brush my hair, put shoes on, and meet the bus outside. I eat a small bowl of mac and cheese every morning, and I didn't think that missing a bowl of Mac and cheese would kill me. In first period I played ping pong, though my friends and I take it too intensely and it almost never stays on the table and requires more movement than it should. I ate a pizza in a bag for lunch (it's gross but you either eat what the school gave you or starve because you forgot your food at home.) In sixth period my English teacher told me I looked a little pale, but that wasn't the first time this week she's said that, so I dismissed it. Seventh period is show choir, I had danced our competition show, and then our kids show, after that we cleaned choreography (which means we went over one specific move over and over and then moved on to the next.) Before class ended tho, we got a small break. I have a late bus that arrives about ten minutes after school lets out. While waiting I started sweating, so I roled up my sleeves unbuttoned a few buttons (Areopostile encase you were wondering what I meant by buttons), and flicked my shirt so there was air circulation. Then I started feeling dizzy, my vision started blackening, my ears were ringing, I felt like I needed to puke, and I really just wanted to cry. I grabbed my friend's arm because I knew I needed help standing. He asked me what was wrong and I explained. The kid next to him said "She might actually pass out." He said I looked very pale. He had one of our friends go get a nurse who had already left. By this time he had me sit down so that if I did pass out I wouldn't hurt myself or the baby. The pinciple, my show choir teacher, and one of our four coaches ran out. Mrs. Silber had asked me a bunch of questions before diagnosing that it was my sugar. She sent Mr. Kelly, the principle, to get me orange juice, and I had to drink so much orange juice I thought my bladder was going to explode.
Well, I got home, ate, and took a nap. When I woke up I was feeling fine, so I went to the store. As I was getting in the truck my stomach started cramping. It's mean small cramps here and there and my abdomin hurts when I move. (They think I may have blood pressure issues because I've kept a headache for two days. I usually don't wake up with them but I did today.)
I decided a break from school today would maybe help, though I have practice tonight from 5-9.
In your opinion, do you think the baby is fine? I didn't worry until I woke up in the middle of the night with cramps.
