Pulsing just below heart

Has anyone experienced a 2-3 second on and off pulse sensation just below their heart? I've been experiencing this for about 2 days now, I also am pretty bloated which I have been for over a month now, my periods were becoming shorter, and I find it hard to breath 100%. I also have an anxiety disorder, so I was thinking maybe the anxiety is causing all of this! Can anyone help?
